Any further thoughts: he might have been a recently started legion player, but he didnt listen, sent solo, and juggled with king on 17 when enemy send. if he didnt we would have lived.

Please provide timestamps of the incidents in the future as not all mods will take time out of their hands to watch the whole replay. I on the other hand, do have the patience and time to do so but this will not always be the case. Thanks!

So here's what a saw from the replay. At 1:24 he did indeed solo send a whelp to which you noticed and OJ warned him that if he didn't send as a team he would be potentially banned. After of which, he ignored this warning and continued to send at 2:59 and 3:01. Both of these instances were not communicated or planned.

Already this is enough to warrant a ban and I would have left it there if you did not state that he juggled the king.
I did notice at the end of the game his targeting was off, but there was no juggling as he was still killing units.

Still I think he should be banned for solo sending, the king situation at the end seemed like it may have been over anyway. (Just my opinion on the end, I don't LTD much and I'm not sure how well it could have been played out, but it did look like it was game over)

He just had bad control. We don't ban for that.
