There's actually another one, Settlers (HUSK). Uses courrier to intentionally destroy mines top rune @ 0:15
RATHIAS (NECRO) uses his courrier @ +0:10 to intentionally destroy mines mid lane.

Settlers, RATHIAS should be both banned despite the bug fix on the new map version. It was intentional.

Since this bug was fixed, and therefore there is no further need to educate players to the presence of the bug by banning them and bringing them to the appeals forum for discussion, Im going to let this one go.
