"You are obligated to !votekick any player that has broken any of ENT's rules. If someone or several indicate that a particular player is game ruining, you, as a player in the game, are obligated to question/check about the situation/claim.
If a votekick is initiated to kick a visible game ruiner, all players are obligated to !yes."

We had an afk player, and they refused to kick him, even though there was evidence he was afk.

Time of Violation (in-game or replay): Round 28 or 29
Any further thoughts:
The AFK was obviously recently afk. When we first talk to the situation about the other team, it was actually less than 3 mins.
But inbetween the time it was 3 mins (and then anyone can SEE he is afk) and the end of the game, they had plenty enough time to kick him.

(Well, they actually kicked him but purposely waited for the round to start, which is maybe even worst, because the boss STILL appeared, but the send was concentrated on the 3 other players).

What is really frustrating here is that the opposing team may have win fair & square even if they kicked him. Actually, I'm almost sure that they would have.

But they didn't let us the opportunity to see that (and it was really disturbing to build our towers and try to convince them to kick at the same time, considering they refuse to take any pause to discuss it ... evidence of that is that neither my team mate nor me noticed that we forgot to sell a delay ...).

Hello, As Chopper, i didnt noticed we break a rule. If so then ban is fair. but before going to punishment i would like admin to watch the replay as :
1 - east team refused a draw at lvl 20 when teal lost connection. we were playing 3v4
2 - One player east (oj) were dead and ... this guy went afk at lvl 30 ? perfect time to leave after feed his team ?
3 - Game was already lost by east as we could save at west more than 30K wood while east did send every lvl to try help oj recover.

At the end if we break a rule at west i won't argue anymore

Dears,

In reference to the request, I would like to highlight few points as Chopper01 did:
1. The opposing team didn't accept to draw at level 20 when we had a leaver 3v4 game even though they mocked us by saying "ff?" when we asked for a draw
2. The afker "oj" was a dead value at 20 and leaked all rounds, also he was afk 3 min starting level 30, which they requested to kick him at level early level 30 after the bosses respawn so they take the gold for it, and started the pause when level 31 about to start, in which we all know you barely have time to build all the gold and send all the lumbers
3. I see this post as an outrage from east and not deserve a ban, personally I didn't unpause and kept out of it the entire time

Eventually, also as Chopper said in his post, kindly watch the game reply and decide whether our argue is stronger than his.

This is not a matter of arguing better or not. This is a matter of breaking rules. Draw is never mandatory, but kicking a player breaking a rule is mandatory.

After review:

Player UGDW05 went AFK on level 27 and never came back. A votekick against player UGDW05 was initiated and players x-box, SSIOrang-Utan and chopper did not vote. They only kicked him when level 31 started so creeps spawn in player UGDW05's lane, but sends get concentrated on the 3 other lanes.

Player UGDW05@uswest.battle.net is banned 3 days for AFK.
Players x-box@server.eurobattle.net, SSIOrang-Utan@europe.battle.net and chopper@useast.battle.net are banned 1 day for refusal to votekick.
