• Do not ruin the game on purpose
• Do not teamkill (ex. blocking, maliciously using spells, destroying/hiding/stealing/massing items, selling towers, etc).
• Do not flame, rage, troll, or insult other players excessively.
• Refusing to build in attempt to teamkill.
• Do not build close to your teammate without consent to steal kills.
Time of Violation (in-game or replay): 00:00:00 all the way through the end, 00:29:30. Most of the offense is within the first 3-4 waves, which is approximately 00:00:00 until 00:07:00. From wave 1 onward into the game, he built multiple towers in my lane and built none in his lane. He continued to upgrade these towers until he had no more gold income, only then did he resort to building towers in his own lane, but the purpose of this was to get more gold so that he could upgrade his towers in my lane and further grief me.

• to my team: "get rekt dumbfuck" (00:00:38)..
• evidence of him telling the team he will grief, "nah getting some gold to greif you more" (00:16:01)..
• after I requested him to stop bullying me: "cry me a river dumbfuck" (00:24:44)
• speaking of his already banned accounts: "already got banned 3" (00:02:41)
• speaking of dodging bans using VPN: "and got 2 vpn" (00:02:47)
Any further thoughts: Overall this players sad, almost laughable, inability to join a lobby with his friend set of a charade of immaturity. It began with trolling, then opened up to his self-implication of dodging bans and using VPNs, continued through his desire to ruin both the game and my desire to play it, from start to finish he went out of his way to not only hand me and my friend defeat, but also waste our time, and waste the time of the other players in game. Poor specimen which I do not wish to have to see in the community, there are already enough issues in a 20 year old game. Thank you for your time and consideration, admins, I appreciate all your efforts in maintaining an enjoyable community in this aged game.

Time of Violation (in-game or replay): admitted to "TROLL MODE ON" in lobby chat, then from 0:00 to 24:01 when a wc3 application error occured, he continued to troll, doing everything from building inside of yellows base instead of his own, blocking towers/stealing gold, to admitting to his griefing/trolling/and using VPNS to dodge bans. He just ruined my 9-0 record because him and his friend failed to get on the same team in the lobby, and instead of going to next game, ruined ours.
