Any further thoughts:
-aja17 (SB) refused to defend at 43-44 saying ''bye all''.
-duckman420 had horrible build as sniper (euls, dagger, ghost) for 95% of the game. He had ~20 damage late game and was literally useless.
We needed his damage, obviously, but wouldn't do anything about it. Despite his horrible build, he isn't stupid and knows proper english. Let's not forget that guy also has 300 elo account that is purposely low.

The main purpose of this ban request is for our SB that refused to defend.

As far as Duckman420 is concerned, you can't really ban someone for unique builds. Looks like he's going for ultra fast and escape build, probably got harassed all game?

Actually, euls + blink is one of the best escape defenses out there. While you eul, shift+click with blink and get out.

I'm not sure he is the same guy with the 300 elo account, though I did play with that Duckman before. In that game, the guy was just terrible, but had decent build.

His build might be unique but literally useless during fights since he's done no damage. We NEEDED dmg and he knew that. He plays better than that usually, so to me he was just trolling (on purpose).
Sb and I could of attempted to save rax or gain time but refused to do anything and stayed fountain.

Additionally our sb was super aggressive entire game but decided to not do anything to save our top rax.

We don't ban item builds. His is just unique to escaping, seems perfectly fine to me regardless of lack of damage.
