Regarding upping king solo:
Player DJCinimod @useast.battle.net was warned two times to stop upping king, he didn't listen.
Side note for You DJCinimod: you are not saving the team by trying to fully up king before 10. You all had good anti 10 units, you all had nice Lumber (9/5; 9/6; 9/5 at decent time), you all maxed attack and regen. Leaving HP at ~20-25pts is more than acceptable. Time between 10 starts and bosses reaching king is more than enough for 3 players to get enough wood to upgrade The Guardian hugely if not fully. Also I'd like to point out, you lost 2650 health points on Guardian when bosses got to him. Your send was destroyed by your decision to "save the team".
Player DJCinimod also decided not to rage with team on level 12, despite having enough lumber.
Also at level 13 he is either afking, or later on busy talking and doesn't build for ~1300 gold.
He also doesn't send with team for level 14, granted it wasn't agreed on in chat or pinged, but still both other players managed to do it.
This came at exact point level 14 starts. There is still plenty of time to use your wood if you are focused on the game.
I won't review votekick attempt here, since it was chaotic and not the matter of this banrequest.

Yes it is, but it is also a team game, ruining it for self amusement = ruining it for 2 other players who may not enjoy it. This argument is invalid.
Conclusion:
I recommend a ban for player DJCinimod @useast.battle.net for not cooperating with the team.

Forgot I noticed red player pogoda @europe.battle.net not announcing different than default gamemode in lobby.
