I wanted solo camp in woods, so I could level up and was already frustrated there by two of my allies, not respecting the call I made or helped me so I even had the level to go woods. So I went to lane, to the one took my xp, until I was strong enough to go woods, he then VK me - I go back woods, and he follow me all map, I tried to get rid of him by not moving until he got away, but he would just teleport to my lcoation straight before I kill a creep. He would last hit everything that he was able too.

Any further thoughts: I should not have flamed and was very frustrated, I should not have done that. But I did try play the game and get back into the game by ignoring him, and farming and getting lvls and items and trying to push, buying sentries and gem.

1 votekick isn't abuse. You are the only person that actually VK abused this game. You went and leeched his XP mid and he went woods and leeched your XP. If you would like to post on the other game, please post with time stamps and it will be reviewed. Ban request denied.
