Any further thoughts: both furion and Pa deserve a ban. Furion intentionally ruined the game by destroy items and then feeding and mort refused to votekick even though he saw furion with no items.

Nice try, but you should try reading the rules before you play. Item destruction is a bannable offense. Players who did not votekick are also bannable.
