24 minutes scourge all rax mid lane but tiny decides at that exact time to try and solo teal but gets killed letting his team down big time.
27 minutes another attempt and he decides to stay back and seems to go afk..

Most of this game tiny is either running in and getting himself kia or staying back and waiting for everyone to die or his team to die so he can run back. So by now I'm thinking he's generally not so good at this game.

He did not actually afk grief, he went properly afk stating he had something more important and I would say from the look of this game it did not cost you the game as imo he would have just been more food.

You also said geo afked at fountain and refused to defend. But by this time the game was surely over especially since this geo was not much different from tiny. He even stated in the game that he doesn't play geo and no one would swap with him and judging by his items I couldn't agree more.

So all that being said in conclusion I think your team just had bad stroke of luck seeing as 3 players on your team (at least what I saw) had little clue on how to play their characters. I do not think any of the players should be banned as their afking did not really change the outcome of the game.

Was this at the 28 min specified in the OP? Did he stop playing from 28 mins to the end of the game? IF he did, this is bannable. If you have something else to do, simply leave and take the leaver autoban. This gives your team gold and items, and a fighting chance.

@nitromon thank you for this post, you raised my awareness of my poor decision making and waste of time and effort put into the previous review.

I have had a chat with one of the ent moderators about clarification for afking in dota, which has now really helped influence my opinion.

Tiny did afk starting from 27 minutes while team was raxing bottom.
After of which he ran back to fountain and afked from 28 minutes for the sufficient time needed to be -kicked.

This was all enough to certify that tiny should be banned for afking in 2 instances at least that were crucial to game play (should have left).

Tiny respawns at 3124 and remains there until afk-kicked.
noireneige banned 3 days for afk/grief.
Meepo goes afk at fountain at 4245 and remains there while bot rax and throne are destroyed.
dota.op banned 3 days for afk/failure to defend.
