I am h@+e. We tried to draw/votekick blue once we realized he was not playing with the team. You were very unclear on level one saying that he did not build when we clearly saw an engineer teleport to middle. You also said he was AFK when he clearly wasn't.

Player builds a single unit in reds lane without permission and continues to drag team down by not building additional units due to an apparent lack of funds (built 5 wisps instead of more towers). Does build a few more units later on, however, much too late as he had leaked every wave until that point.

Apparently the user wanted to cross, but failed to communicate and confirm it with red before going AFK for an amount of time.

Player Cow_Killa@USEast.battle.net banned 3 days for building in an allies lane without permission, and game ruin.

To surmise this, you explained that the player was AFK. He had built a single engineer in reds lane without permission, and had been leaking his entire wave, which would have been a much better explanation.

No clear explanation was provided for this second votekick.

I will not be issuing any bans for failure to votekick as the situation was not clearly explained as to why the individual should be kicked. Had you explained in the beginning that he had built in reds lane without permission, and was leaking his full wave this may have gone differently.
