Any further thoughts: he griefs in fountain for a bit moving his hero every so often and then goes completely afk. not sure if this is punishible but also note the non-vote kickers as afk time is pretty easy to see and most do not kick.

[*]Afk's around 9 minutes, botlane - dying to meepo gank (doens't even try to back or change targets)
[*]Respawns at 9.50, afk's till the -kickafk (at 19.40)

So:
lucilebelliardo@server.eurobattle.net should be banned for prolonged afk
ra.mon@server.eurobattle.net , aggeldoter@europe.battle.net , numsacks@asia.battle.net should be banned for refusing to votekick (never voted in any of the votekicks)
ta-ta!@uswest.battle.net! should be warned for refusing to votekick (missed 2 of the 3 votekicks)
The rest i woulnd't consider, as they only missed to vote once

I can only agree with Zeratul here, ta-ta only managed to vote in the first votekick, and refused to in the next 2, which means he obviously knew that bara needed to be kicked.

lucilebelliardo banned 3 days for afk/game ruin.
