Any further thoughts:
The player in question, badbay, was an oddball from the start. He did not say anything; he went straight to mid lane which was already occupied by a player, and he kept afk-ing for several minutes at the time over the course of the game. He wasn't responsive at all, neither to in-game messages or minimap/map callouts/pings, permanently either afking, or just roaming around the map with no actual goal. He didn't take advice, he didn't take suggestions, he didn't take anything. He wasn't even farming up. Just straight walking from lane to lane. It was almost as like playing with an AI, with the fact that AI at least knows a thing or two.

Multiple Votekicks were initiated against the said player when it has became apparent that he is not going to respond to anything or help the team in any way, along with explanations from multiple team members as on why (as if it wasn't obvious already, but rules' rules) and here's the list of people who didn't vote on them, which I'd like banned.

Even as a new player earth clearly meets criteria for game ruin with frequent afk spells, not communicating with team, not with team fights, underleveled, etc.
badbay banned 3 days for game ruin.

Five votekick attempts initiated.
6host, meezza, and i'm_noob failed to vote on 3 of them and are each banned one day for failure to votekick game ruiner.
