Any further thoughts: He did lag earlier in the game but this was so timed that I can't believe it was an accident. King was on 100 HP, he paused the game, then lagged out instantly.

Disconnecting, getting kicked, or any other form of leaving for that matter, doesn't stop you from having the win/loss counted for your account. He still lost ELO, you can look at the replay link and still see it next to his name. Most people don't know this, and I don't have a source, but it has been confirmed by mods on previous BRQs if that solves any issue you had with this. The leave/dc itself will be dealt with by autoban anyway.

It's also a case of this guy intentionally disconnecting and then potentially making a ban appeal thread in which he attempts to avoid the auto-ban from leaving. Not to mention that I wasn't sure if doing something intentional like this would get him rewarded with a harsher sentence than the auto-ban. Appreciate the info about the ELO, though - least I know he got punished in that regard. Cheers.

This is not a bannable leave. If the king had 100hp, it's over, deal with the fact the people are going to leave 5-10 seconds earlier than actual end game.

As karils said, leaving doesn't affect stats at all. If someone leaves 2 minutes into a 40 minute game and that team wins, the leaver will take that win and the elo, and vice versa for a loss.

That being said, ban request denied.
