Any further thoughts: This guy has stolen all leaver's items for over 5-6k gold without team's permission of any question. I said to him to give it back and he answered that i should report him and waste my time cause there is no rule for item stealing. When i copied it to him: (Do not ruin the game on purpose: Do not teamkill (ex. blocking, maliciously using spells, destroying/hiding/STEALING/massing ITEMS, etc).) he started talking shit.We of course lost that game.

It's not against the rules, it's not stated in the rules. I didn't take your items, it's not nice, no, but I did not break any rules. I didn't ruin the game, I defending all time alive, you on the other hand spent like 3-4 mins complaining in the fountain . I tried to defend with the items I bought.
