Any further thoughts: Mexican wisp was wisp in game and kept transporting players around for no reason. He refused to help during any of the fights or to defend. We tried vote kicking a few times for game ruining and explained to scourge why and none of them voted. Game was ruined due to no vk and game ruiner

I saw nothing that looked malicious or intentional. I just saw a bad player trying to play a difficult hero. He was also very active in team fights and defense, just rather ineffectual. In any event, no time stamps were provided for specific episodes.
