Time of Violation (in-game or replay): 23:34 minutes replay time CK randomly pings me in scourge's woods. Soon after he runs towards me at randomly dusts (24 min) with no wards/sentries. I bought some in-game to confirm but also watched the replay.
Any further thoughts: Lion $howtime@useast.battle.net seemed to be his friend; didn't monitor anything suspicious but at the end of the game he said "you're not that good, you even accused us of cheating". Might be worth checking out.

I have reviewed the replay.

At 23:20 player pings scourge's northern woods between three enemy heroes going for ganks. Player says "trap" - unclear whether he meant enemy trap or for his own team to set one. Nothing here is very suspicious as scourge had no vision on that side of the map as 4 members of their team were near bottom lane.

At 24 minutes Shadow Fiend finds an invisibility rune, however, he fails to pick up the rune. Shadow Fiend then runs into accused player thinking he is invisible but is not and is stunned by Chaos Knight. Shadow Fiend thinks accused player using dust but did not.

He didnt ping you randomly. He had vision of you entering the woods 4 seconds earlier from a ward. He does not use his dust.
