Anyways, just from the chat, game started 4v5, definitely playable. needed 7 to draw. 1 was afk and 1 didn't want to draw. So they try to votekick him.

No, they were absolutely in the wrong to do that. Just because you want to !draw the game doesn't mean you can votekick the players who don't. Yes, each votekicker should be banned for this.
