Any further thoughts: See's me at ~10:10 in the game and follows me into euro base. The big issue is when I teleport out of euro base at 11:30 to the top left corner of the map. Once I teleport out, he's already moving towards the upper left corner of the map regardless of him knowing whether I'm there or not. Begins pearling at top center at ~11:58, pearls top left at ~12:03, pearls slightly right at ~12:25 and then pearls me at ~12:35.

There may be other indications in the game but I wasn't paying attention to them and it didn't occur to me that he may be map hacking until he found me that fast.

So, I'm not sure if you're aware, but you can actually see which direction a builder teleports when they use the ability. The unit actually turns to face the direction they're travelling in. Because he pearled roughly 3-4 times, he likely new this and was searching for you while your escape ability was on cool down. One instance such as this usually is not enough of an indicator, but could be used to confirm a maphack with more evidence.
