It depends on how you define farming. If by farming you mean a creep camp or three while you finish an item, then no. If by farming you mean what you did, which is farm woods for 10-15 minutes, ignoring team pushes, telling your team you are going to waste their time and not push until min 50, then yes, that is considered game ruining/failing to cooperate with allies, and is a valid reason to be kicked.
