They continued to keep votekicking me at the onset of the game. The game had barely started and they kept votekicking me. This is abuse. THEY STATED NO REASON. ADMINS REMEMBER, IF YOU DO NOT RULE FAIRLY IN THIS CASE, YOU WILL LITERALLY HAVE RULED UNFAIRLY AND BE SUBJECT TO THE RESULT. No one stated a single reason and I asked a reason and TinSoldier specifically replied "fuck you" or some derogatory thing to me. Please ban them for 3 days. I have been banned for MUUUUUUUCH less in my day. I literally said "Frostkitty, fuck all of your mothers." and was banned for 3 days. His mom was sick and he bitched to admins. Also, I never did a votekick or draw or any type of abuse on that ban. These faggits literally votekicked me and refused to state reason. You actually according to rules have to ban them for 3 days now. I was banned 3 days for stating "fuck your mom" to a player who literally overdeserved it, and they votekicked me with no reason and deserve ban. Please ban those 3 players: nico, kiwi, and tin. THey are straight----legit..... assholes. . Thank you admin. pce

P.s. I encounter wayyy too much abuse in my day since JustPush made the account TklikeShambles. after I was afk for 1000% win on 15 as our only holder since a friend irl called me about going to the gym. People are straight dicks after ive never seen them in game or in lobby. Tin, nico, and kiwi did that exact thing. Ive never even seen tin before in game. Please ban them like you ALWAYS, (LITERALLY ALWAYS BAN ME) when someone requests (literally anything). Thank you
Also, as an anecdote, as a very civil person and as a smarter person than you admins, (especially Jabba), I want you to know that you accept full responsibility for just giving these players a warning and not a 3 day ban or whatever is normal for a votekick abuse ban. I know how... make things happen irl.. This is just a civil message to state that I KNOW I have been unfairly treated on this bot by its staff, and I KNOW these players deserve a ban JUST LIKE I HAVE RECEIVED from these same admins for even a lesser offense of vk abuse. You literally absolutely wholeheartedly ban them for stating no reason and continuing to draw, after stating no fucking reason for pause. Especially after i ask reason. Thank you

@sh4mbl3s I will respond to you once and only once about your "unfair" treatment.
1) Your flaming and generally poor attitude is reflected in spades in your post. That is one thing that is generally consistent with you - maybe consider changing your attitude before complaining about it.
2) Similar to #1, you have a history of bans (very long one) and seem to have trouble following rules, unlike a vast majority of the community. The list below is simply since June (3 months) of this year:
This speaks volumes as I have gone through these bans and they are all justified. Regarding the "flaming" bans, the threshold required for "flaming" is lower than most considering your history - is it really that hard to not flame people? Have you ever stopped to consider that your poor attitude may be part of what brings about the negativity towards you, whether it is in-game or through the "tklikeshambles"? I do not agree with how you have been treated by some players at times; however, the fact that you are singled out should signal something. Again, in no way am I saying that their behaviour is acceptable, but simply that you should do some self-reflection and stop only blaming others all of the time. An example of this is my case where some people have created names, etc. to insult me, but that is largely because I am a moderator and in some cases, am a bit tougher than some of the other mods when it comes to ban durations and appeals; however, the other mods do agree with many of the perspectives that I do have, especially considering how long I have been doing this for.
3) Saying "as a very civil person and as a smarter person than you admins" and singling a particular moderator out, speaks volumes about your attitude.
a) Your attitude sort of demonstrates a lack of civility towards others
b) The "smarter" comment is simply a waste to even talk about; however, if you are so intelligent, you would find a way to apply that and find ways to work within the rules. Again, this is a self-reflection issue.
c) I am fairly certain that I have denied the occasional ban request regarding you - I am not going to find it since it frankly takes longer to locate so I only found 1: viewtopic.php?f=24&t=114901

Finally, I am not sure what your attitude (insulting mods, other players, etc.) is expecting to accomplish. It is counter-productive. I will NOT be responding to any comments or questions about this.
