So if you wanna consider his single sentence of chat as "racist/flaming", i'd consider you mocking/trashtalking your ally (in both ally and global chat) far worse on that category (flaming): Adding that to your behaviour of repicking his hero, i'd say you were trying to piss him off, so don't be a crybaby, and report 1 single instance (cause someone else told you to) lol

Regarding the vk's, i wont comment it since i havent watched the replay, however while i do know, and understand, that one of the many arc's strategy involves in pushing, neglecting your teams call for help isn't okay either; Regarding getting divine, it's not bannable to get it, specially on arc (unless ofc you build rapier without any other item..) so on that one, yes it was an abusive votekick

One instance of flame is not enough for ban. You purposely joined my game to troll me, and when game was in need of your help, you didn't do shit. You have a personal vendetta against me, because I beat u fair and square months ago. I did not do any votekick abuse, since u played the entire game solo, and u started as 1-6. I warned the enemy team that you are thinking of making divine, and that if you are to feed it to the enemy team, you will be reported. You could have gotten buriza, mkb, mjollnir, ac or any other item for damage, but you chose to make divine. You are lucky the rest of the team was able to carry your dead weight, and win the game, even without you trying. Take the ban, and fuck urself.

To be excessive it needs to be extreme or sustained over time. Calling you French isn't extreme, and technically he called you "faggor" not a "faggot" so it's not even anti gay, this is a first name for some babies born in the US, albeit not too common.
