In the whole game, Venomancer didnt use hit ulti once, missed many kills cause of his behaviour and in the end lost us the game, cause he didnt join a single teamfight in the whole game. With his ulti, we could have won the game, but since he decided to throw we lost it.
Check his skilling: He didnt even skill his ulti.

I dont need to give timestamps because when you press on venomancer in replay link http://storage.entgaming.net/replay/vie ... 685311.w3g you can see his skill tree and you see that he didnt skill his ulti. Because of that, he was useless in litteraly every teamfight he attended. You can't tell me that it is a legit strategy to get stats instead of the most powerfull skill of venomancer.
Even more, he states that he NEVER had mana for his ulti, that means he acts like he could have used his ulti if he had mana, but in the end he didnt even skill it. That tells me, that he didnt take the game serious and wanted us to lose the game.
It's like you wouldnt skill eartshakers or crix ulti. It is essential for those heros to put good ultis to be effective.

Not upgrading ulti doesn't mean he is throwing the game. Can you provide timestamps of him actually game-ruining? If not, I will have to deny this.

What else does it mean then? Is it the state of the art gameplay for venomancer? Nice, ill give it a try and see how my team will love my insane gameplay with not skilling spells and beeing useless a whole game.

But for you ill provide some timestamps and waste time:

12:50 running away from teamfight
20:50 again tping top and missing teamfight in mid, before he died 2 times solo top
21:50 dies again solo top -> misses teamfight at min 22:20
26:35 no ulti -> teamfight got really hard
28:15 no ulti -> dealing no dmg there, totally useless, then dies
32:05 no ulti -> let thrall die cause he cant do shit without, after that i ask him to ulti once... he says "no mana", whats wrong
35:04 while enemies are in our base raxing, veno is somewhere top in woods, then running like a blind chicken into enemies, again no ulti and dies without dealing 1 dmg
40:30 no ulti-lost fight
42:30 no ulti, just running around
44 no ulti

[Astros]

Veno grabbed three towers (two top, one mid) by the 11th minute mark. That doesn't seem like someone who is throwing the game.

12:50, he had 250 hp and was heading top to defend. He happened to get a regen rune. There was nothing going on at mid at that point in which Veno would have had an impact. He decided to go top and farm that wave creep while the rest of your teammates go back.

20:50-21:50, he TP'ed before you guys even got into a teamfight. He's been defending/pushing top and giving you guys enough space to push the other lanes. There was nothing game-ruining here.

26:35: He's clearly helping you guys and casting other spells.. Not getting ulti is not bannable. I don't get it depending on the build I am making in some cases. It's unordinary but not evidence of game-ruining. Veno was doing everything he could in that fight but I don't understand why you single him out when two other players on your team are not even in that fight.

28:15: He didn't level ulti. But yes, this was a bad play and if there are more examples of this, I would issue a ban.

32:05: He doesn't have ulti so he clearly lied here. He didn't let Thrall die moreso there was nothing he could do there since Sentinel ganked Thrall.

35:04: Yeah, that is enough to get him banned.

Overall, most of your timestamps consist of trying to get him banned for not having ulti. If you look at your team, you guys lack a carry hero and it is why you guys lost. I am assuming Veno tried to build damage to make up for the lack of carry heroes and that is why he decided not to get ulti as the amount of mana needed for his ulti would require changing his build entirely.

Banned for 3 days for 28:15 in which he dives into the enemy recklessly and 35:04 for refusing to defend rax/farming jungle while enemy attacks rax.

Next time, just type !timestamp the minute in which you believe he is game-ruining and submit the report instead. You shouldn't expect someone to spend 40+ minutes watching a game looking for suspected reasons to ban someone when you weren't willing to do the same. Not leveling ulti doesn't mean they are throwing the game. He's just a bad player who decided to try a build that didn't work but had every intention of playing the game.
