Any further thoughts: So I repating ban request since obvious at first time I made situation a bit confusing, so, I was waiting in lobby till BBQTV joined, since I want to play only good games, have no interest in easy wins I left and I let lobby to him, but he didn't stay in lobby but went out, ones I saw lobby is empty I returned back but instantly he join after me, I explained to him I don't want to play game vs him so he can wait in for someone els but he continued to do same thing, leave instantly when I leave and ones I return to empty lobby he jump in after me, so I even warned him not to do that, so he should stay and wait for match or I will report him if he continue comming after me and that way abusing game for me, he ignored all that and continued with trolling till I gived up from game. So, just to be clear, not ones I entered after him, each time I was entering empty lobby and my intention by leaving was to let game lobby to him till he start game so I can wait for somene els more experienced but his only intention was to troll me.

Technically you are doing the same thing. Seeing as it does seem he is stalking you, I am going to deny this for now but in your next meeting with him, please warn him that he will be banned for doing it. Seems like you two should avoid each other and the fact that he continues trolling you/prevents the game from starting is problematic.
