I'm not a Dota player but from what I could see they got the rax because 3 of you died, then they decided to sit in the fountain and ff, the issue is you actually typed !ff as well, which if you felt it was a breach of the rules and not a valid !ff I feel you should have continued playing and tried to defend, if they refused at that point I feel you would have a stronger case.

My only inability here is to be able to say for sure whether or not the game was evidently lost, I would say yes it is based on your team comp and how far ahead the enemy was. Sniper had gem so your mines are pretty much useless, I would personally say from my limited dota experience, when they did !ff the game was indeed lost.

Game looked pretty over to me. There wasn't much your team could have done. With gem, your hero is rather decreasingly effective and your team was outmatched.

Considering 3/5 of your teammates voted to !ff and the game didn't look winnable, they shouldn't be penalized for wanting the game to end and not dragging it further.
