Time of incidents (Note in-game timer or replay timer): About 35 minutes in.
Any further thoughts: This player was 10-0 before this game and its because he always goes merc. He was scared to lose so tried to pause and resume game on level 17 and luckily it didn't mess blue up (because red lagged and it gave blue time to recover). I watched replay and it doesn't show the pause/lags but it happened because hes a cheater.
