Time of incidents (Note in-game timer or replay timer): He left us defending outnumbered while creeping neutrals at jungle. Than, when we started votekick against him, he destroyed items, bought a bunch of tangos and destroyed trees next to fountain

bobbiquette refused to defend, allowing raxes to be killed not once but twice during this game so I will double the ban duration on refusal to play, he also thought it was funny to destroy his items and buy tangos as well. Let this be a lesson to those that likes to do whatever they want.
