Throughout game axe always pushing alone, recklessly charging ahead of creeps and wasting berserk calls, with all enemies out of vision and no wards at any point - always escaping at the last minute to avoid any ganks. Cant tell if he is lucky and careless or hacks. I mention it sometime in middle of game and his behavior changes, seemed to be no longer cognizant of enemy locations. I am not sure of this one...saw a lot of suspicious playing but nothing stood out. Thought it was certain during game but changed my mind after watching replay... anyways thought Id post it and let yall analyze it

1633: pushing alone. instead of escaping through secret shop he decides to take tower aggro and go directly back to avoid slark. seems weird
19:56 moves accordingly to invis weaver around him
21:26-21:50 all mia, confidently pushing alone leading creeps. As soon as enemies begin to approach, he goes b suddenly
23:49 completely alone, pushing confidently leading creeps taking tower aggro. Tp's as soon as slar (out of vision) approaches
24:47 again all mia, confidently pushes meeting creeps ahead with no vision in night.
25:02 moves as if he knows tiny in area
27:56 again all mia, meeting creeps pushing alone recklessly. goes way past towers taking aggro and wasting berserk calls. Goes b exactly as help approaches
3044: carelessly shopping while all mia
32:05 again pushing mid entirely alone no help near by, all enemies out of vision
3213 escapes uphill with no vision opposite to slark and weaver as they approach. its an unintuitive escape, rather than just going back up mid.
3242 same story
3316 same story. pushing alone while all mia, wasting berserk call. shows absolutely no concern for a gank
**36:27-36:39**: this was most suspicious. we are out of vision, roshing. They have a clue but they dont know this for sure. its now a close game. yet he decides to blindly push bot with no knowledge of enemies even going so far as to solo the mid tower with no creeps around.

Any further thoughts: I hope i'm wrong and not as many people MH as it seems...

2:50 So axe is in the jungle, usually an axe would have rushed that first line of the creeps in between the front 2 towers. But this axe is just standing there, almost as if he knew the leo and weaver were with the creeps. Seems a little bit suspicious.
16:33 Yeah the fact axe went back up north to pass the leo and tower, and not east which you would think to go because no one is in vision, is almost like he knew he would run into slark if he did. Kind of suspicious.
17:57 Axe pretty much walks up to slark as if he knew slark was there trying to teleport. Yes riki and axe were chasing down the slark, but the way how axe walked directly to where slark was after it went out of vision, is a bit suspicious.
19:04 Axe is pushing top lane pretty hard, then all of a sudden axe turns back, leaving behind one creep and a 25% hp tower. Almost as if he knew tiny with clones and leo was approaching, even though they were not in vision. Seems a little bit suspicious.
19:51 Looks to me like axe turns back around a split second right before the weaver appears into vision, almost as if he knew the weaver was back there. Kind of suspicious here.
21:36 Axe pushing bot, kills the batch of creeps, starts going forward then all of a sudden turns back, kind of like he knew 3 people were coming for him. Seems a bit suspicious.
21:46 Axe is walking west in the woods, then all of a sudden turns to go back east, as if he knew he would walk into slardar if he kept going west. Kind of suspicious again.
23:49 Axe is pushing pretty confidently, attacking the tower. Then all of a sudden axe teleported out right before slark could reach him, as if he knew the slark was incoming. Kind of suspicious yet again.
24:47 All enemies were missing, and axe pushing bot care free. A little bit suspicious.
25:02 Went around the around trees kind of like he knew tiny would be walking back in the direction. Kind of suspicious too.
28:10 So the Axe is pushing bot strong past the enemy's tower, and then turns back, but it looks like slark came into vision first before axe started to turn around. Axe goes straight back north passing back the enemy's tower, instead of cutting through east where tiny was approaching from. A little bit suspicious, but still nothing too obvious yet.
30:44 Shopping at the enemy side secret shop while all enemies are MIA, a little bit suspicious, nothing too telling.
30:10 Axe was pushing mid hard, while all enemies are mia, then all of a sudden goes north into the woods when both weaver and slark were getting close, without having any vision of them. This move seems pretty suspicious to me.
32:42 Axe is pushing top, before he's even finished killing the batch of enemy creeps, axe teleported away right before slardar was about to engage him, with out having any vision of the slardar. Again seems kind of suspicious here.
33:12 Axe is pushing bot hard, now just about 10 seconds ago there were like 3 enemy units seen in vision, in the middle lane, middle of the map. Axe continues pushing bot, almost as if he knew the enemies were still in middle lane (when out of vision) instead of going bot to gank him. Seems pretty suspicious.
36:25 brown teleported to bottom all alone. Like 5 seconds prior to that, grey pings at rosh so their team might think enemies are roshing, but have to concrete proof yet, although Axe teleported to bot as if he knew forsure that all the enemies were at rosh. Seems pretty suspicious yet again
45:50 Axe pushing is top pushing hard while enemies are MIA.
46:10 Axe cuts through into the woods to the secret shop, almost like he knew an enemy was teleporting to the creeps ahead. Although Axe did buy a hyperstone at the shop so maybe he went there for it.
46:15 Slark is in vision creeping, and Axe started walking from the shop to the slark, but then all of a doubles back, almost as if he knew the slardar was approaching without being in vision. Seemed kind of suspicious.

Now my impression after spending the past 3 hours reviewing this replay over and over is that Axe did map-hack. In my opinion there were not any super obvious map-hack plays. Rather than a bunch of kind of suspicious plays that I believe to add up to it being map-hack. The fact that axe would be pushing hard alone, while multiple enemy units were mia, but never really got ganked because he happened to avoid pretty much every single engagement of the attempted ganks or rushes on him, seemed very suspicious to me. I am not really sure if this is enough evidence or not for a 1 year ban due to map-hack. But if any Dota ENT mods could comment on this, I would like to see what you think, because if he seems at all as suspicious to you as he did to me, but there is not enough evidence to convict him, I do not mind going through some of his other replays to look for more evidence, I just want to make sure that at least one of you thinks he is suspicious enough for me to do that.

I think you are underestimating the mh at 36:27-36:39 he didn't just push hard. He rushes mid and solos tower with no vision and no creeps, all 5 mia in a very close game.

I have to give credits to this guy. He was very careful, trying his best not to give away his map hack.
Didn't follow invisible people. His only suspicious movement was teleporting at 3240 vs slardar in fog, when 4 heroes when pushing mid. Would be a perfect opportunity to push top, but he decided to teleport bot for no apparent reason.

All of the timestamps you provided were not suspicious at all, in my honest opinion. Most of them are common sense, like backing off when you are pushing too far alone, knowing where a weaver is probably going to end up after invis fades. All of the above events do not count as evidence, simply because they can be blamed on good map awareness. In most of those events, i would take the exact movements of axe as well.
Based on the above suspicious movements, i would decline the ban request.
Not trying to be an asshole or something, i am just informing you, so you can keep it in mind for future cases.

Anyway. At 3429 he pinged mid, obviously telling his team to push. But, he made a mistake there.
