Any further thoughts:

This charmer picked troll and boy did he troll. Aside from the most serious offence of buying all the wards and blocking his own team's neutral camps, this guy:
1. went mid even though i was there, fed twice in lane in first five minutes
2. carried an empty inventory for first 5 minutes of so of the game
3. played as if he was on a mission to minimize his networth. This included bb after dying at least three times in the game, for no reason other than that he could afford to
4. finished 0-14, with at least a few intentional feeds in there
5. tried to votekick me twice with no reason:

... yeah i think this guy needs a break from ENT for a while

5:08 His first buy-back, still no items at this point.
6:12 He dies for the second time, pretty much looked like a suicide to me.
8:45 Dies again, looks kind of suicidal to me.
10:05 void is attacking treant, troll is right next to the battle but does not help out.
14:30 This is when he buys his first item. So he goes 14 mins into the game with no items, except buying teleport.
19:55 Feeding again.
20:55 Feeding more.
22:00 Looked like suicide to me.
23-25:00 He is warding creep camps.
37:00 More feeding.

After reviewing this replay it certainly seemed to me that waleffare was trolling (no pun intended). The way I saw it, is that this guy knew how to play but was trolling his team-mates for his own amusement. Now it was a pretty close game at the end, yes they did lose, but their team had both bot and mid towers gone, so realistically they could have possibly won if this guy wasn't trolling his team, so I would consider it as game ruining also. I believe that refusal to help his team, suicide/feeding, game-ruining, and vote-kick abuse all together would be about a week long ban, give or take.

Saw enough:
1) No items.
2) Buys back immediately after first death.
3) All deaths are pretty clear suicides.
4) Wards their jungle.
5) Starts a votekick against void, lying to players. Intent is clear.

Banned for one week.
