The real problem is the kid did not stop when I asked many times to not do that...
When I said I would report him, he chased me for the rest of the game using his shield on me...
He also did it on riki too...

Well, thanks... I really enjoy my games on ENT but I really wanted to quit this one.

After reviewing:

Uses it at 18 minutes, when bara was farming woods
same at 25 minutes: uses it when bara is killing neutrals
same at 30 mins: Bara engages neutrals, and seer uses ion shell on him
again at 30.30: Bara still killing neutrals, and seer comes to him and uses ion shell
Same again at 35 minutes

I stop here, but considering what mentioned by OP, he continued throughout the game

big_mom@europe.battle.net should be banned for gameruin

big_mom banned 3 days for game ruin/malicious use of spells.
