Violated Rule(s): 1. Game ruining by not building when needed, person got mad and only upped. Team begged him to build, but he went 7/15 first. 2. Entire East team would not kick him from game even when my entire team said he was doing so, they tried using him for their advantage.
Time of Violation (in-game or replay): Round 14-17.
Any further thoughts: My cross guy would not build where I told him too and lets just say he was carried this game with 800 elo....so I said some things out of anger because he wouldn't listen. They might say flamming, but that's what the ignore button / report is. I didn't throw the first stone, but I fired back.

I was also lagged out from being 31+ rounds and mass hades....does this count as a win for me since I carried my fail crosser p4k? Be a shame he gets points for my doing and I get nothing.

Oh come on. We were down 1 player and you clearly didn't need the extra value, the only thing you were struggling with was actually killing us - he made the right play. Also, you just suddenly decided, after being massively overvalued for solo, that you want to kick your incomer, obviously we're not gonna go for that.
If you're upset about being dropped after a 31+ game, maybe consider not being that hostile in the chat when you have a computer that laggs.

I won't ban for this game. You instigated it and he ignored you. If anyone should be banned, it should be you for extended toxicity. Consider this a warning. The "ignore" function is plausible, yes, however, if your flaming continues? You can be banned.
