Time of Violation (in-game or replay): last kill was at 15:30 (Sat aka takeo). Killed murloc base at 35 min, but no builder kill. Then sat mid and killed seeds for 10 mins, then afkd for like 15.
Any further thoughts: We gave him 45 mins to do something, even gave him the chance to attack base before we kicked. Then he basically said "fine, I'm gonna stall just to make you mad" and started running away from the base he was about to siege (took him 61 mins to get up there). So we kicked.

Also he called me a nerd and a child and it hurt my feelings and so I'm going to tell daddy @hash on him and get him banned for being mean >:(

Titan's last siege was 35 minutes where he takes the murloc's base but doesn't not kill him. But after that, the titan was actively going around the map, pearling to scavenge whatever was left. Looked to me like he was actually trying in that game, he even got ready to siege drae base before he got vote-kicked. He doesn't have any other aliases so its not like he was trolling by trying to stall, it was his first recorded titan game, so considering all that I will not ban him.
