For the second game (directly after) he went to bot and built a spawn camp in the middle of the lane so that it would be destroyed instantly (another troll attempt.)
Time of Violation (in-game or replay): Within 4 minutes of the start of the game in both replays.
Any further thoughts: I have played with this player before, he is an experienced player of civ so he has no excuse for his actions. This was just a form of trolling.
