Any further thoughts: this game was ruined because of this player, and whoever refused to kick him mutiple times.

After reviewing:

Well you mention since beginning, but thats false - Watched the first 40 minutes of the game and the only time you can consider he was indeed following was the time you mention between 33/35 (All others he was actually trying to farm as well, or simply not knowing what to do)

By watching him play, its clear hes a noob/new player, not much advices were given, besides yelling at him to leave lanes, to leave woods, votekicking him out, or simply call him bad/game ruiner, and after watching the first 40 minutes, he was actually more present/helpful in teamfights than you were, so i woulnd't ban him, at all.

So this brq should be denied imo.

He's not just a noob but also had no idea what you said. He doesn't understand English at all. I have played with him and had a hard time as well. He only understands Russian. What's funny is that he actually listens if you talk to him in Russian. It's same as playing with serserimayn(Turkish) or berkut(Russian).
