Confirmed @ 36:50, Tiny tosses Riki again into Sentinel with Gem & AMPED, causing Riki to die.

3815 tosses riki on 3 opponents. One of them had gem, the 2nd one was slardar. Riki escapes.
3933 tosses riki ( who had slardar's ulti on him ) on 5 enemies. Riki dies, naturally.
