Any further thoughts: Should be banned for big violation, I didn´t want to go cross, so he stole my lane and build there, so i have to go to other side to go "solo" there, but his try to make me crossbuild wasn´t big violation; more bad was not spending all money on lvl 13, 14, 15 so we lost 15 - We might won that game on 17 (had all 4 heals) - but sad he decided not spending all money. -> gameruin.

Crossing there was simply miscommunication , he built warchief first then u built bear none of you said you were going to value so both went to value and miscommunication happened,also you never asked him to sell his tower and go solo so crossing issue will be denied.
However, ltdrussianpower does not build lvl13,14,15 and has about 900 gold sitting when game ends on 15.
ltdrussianpower banned 3 days for afk/ruin
