Both are most definitely Maphacking, I have uploaded pictures for the most obvious and the times are there as well. My guess is either shared IP but also most likely friends, these guys will be banned for mh.

fakeplayer3@west only because IPs are completely different. But they (fakeplayer3@east) are somehow connected to each other anyway..
