dude afks in base with wisp around 33:00 -end also he buys mass courier and feeds them to enemies . User also griefs constantly during game asking people to kick him and !ff
Wisp is banned 2 days for afk at fountain at same time with slardar.
dude- is banned 7 days for game ruin(item destruction+ courier feed) and afk 2nd offence
