I agree with HolDoor. Ilitas sent solo, though in my opinion Ilitas should be let off with a warning. The team was mixed about sending 15, then changed their minds to send 17. I think he could've missed the chat. If this happens again I 100% agree for a ban regarding solo send.

until they saw that they sent 13, then there was a brief disagreement before they went in favour of 17:

After initially agreeing to 15 ilitas was silent in the discussion. On 15 orange sent a single warlock and then yellow sent furb + demon. This had a high impact on the game but there isn't any evidence that it was done out of frustration/disagreement, and I think it is conceivable that he missed the chat and thought the plan was still for 15. He also has no ban history for the offence.

For that reason Ilitas@europe.battle.net given a warning for solo send/not cooperating with save send.
