I'm new, I wanted to try gunners. After some time, my mates told me to get gryphons. I did, but we lost.
Next round I was directly told to build banshees but wanted to try necromancer, I got kicked.

He cooperated previously with the team when they asked him to get a Gryphon instead of massing gunners (massing gunners was bad there. But it doesn't look like intentional TK, especially since he built a gryphon when asked/is new.)

When he refused in chat to build a banshee the above chat had already taken place. I would not want to take my team's advice either after being threatened with ban after complying with them already. Also:

This was the reason given for kicking even though he stopped massing gunners as soon as he was asked. Kicking a player for doing a bad strategy unintentionally is not a votekick reason.
