im curious on this rule can pls explain into detail

@gonzoindahouse the rule gives us the choice of only issuing a warning if game play is not affected. The question here seems to be whether the pausing caused or contributed to the death of batrider, which I think it may have. In these types of cases we will all review and discuss it and come to a consensus opinion. It doesnt make sense to me that batrider would walk right up to axe when he is surrounded by 3 creeps and allow himself to get called and killed, unless the pause affected/distracted him.

after i see rule of pause i figure dont pause while people are fighting heros... makes sense

laggin while people is a pain for many but not much you can do

but pausing i think is pretty selfish anddd i did show him rule

beer do you agree with me that pausing while heros are fighting should be bannable???

6) No impact on the game. It was not during any team fight it was on the beginning of the game, when people were creeping.

I do not see any reasons whatsoever to ban him.
However, since you asked for a second review, I'll let another staff member decide.

No MAJOR impact in my opinion, but I do believe it hindered Batrider's ability to micro.
Banning for six hours.
