First of all red was relatively new to this game. I don't see a huge mistake done by red. Before lvl 5 no one made a call to send or up. So, red decided to send commanders on 5 which is a viable option. After that u told him to stop and up king. And he did this. Yes, he upped the king a few more times but on 10 he sended again with the team.

Furthermore, only you were giving orders. Blue said nothing. So in my opinion it’s not a team call. It's more that red did not follow your orders which is ok. The purpose of the Team rule is that a player should not work against decisions the WHOLE team made. The decisions here are only done by you. I guess that’s the reason why the enemy team asked if he is working against a call from you AND blue or only not working with you.

I think the enemy team did the right thing not to kick him. This request should be denied.

If this is the case then people who don't talk at all like blue should be able to be banned cause blue didn't say a word all game but did follow what I said so I am confused as to what you can do in this situation and red didn't say anything about what he was going to do either he just went ahead and did it

Even though blue said nothing he was working as a team. He did not protest the calls that were being made by teal. Red did send on 5 but there was no communication on what to do before this. While blue didn't verbally communicate he did up king and save with his teammate this is cooperating.

Refusing to cooperate when asked to do so several times by sending alone and not save-send with teammates to win.
I don't ban on the 1st missed votekick in most cases. Vk abuse denied
