Violated Rule(s): solo sends lvl 2 , makes evry 1 mad by saying things like " you all follow me and do what I say" , he solo sends lvl 10, he ignores evry 1 and argues with me calling me names and bad things in german. He refuses to cooparate when saying " we act as a team" with him replying "we are noobs".
Time of Violation (in-game or replay): mentioned before. The whole game ends at lvl 15 anyway. But lvl 2 10 and ignoring us all were the actual mitakes, atitude I can deal with cuz I have it sometimes.
Any further thoughts: If he was 800 elo kid I would deal with it but he has 1300 and maybe over 20 years old. So no please ban him.

Confirmed. out-of-time tried to force his team to follow his orders. He send lvl 2 and forced the team to do same. On lvl 10 he did the same. Only seconds before the team voted to send 12. Futhermorde out-of-time insulted his team several times in german.

Forced send on 2 immediately without any discussion.

Immediately sent on 10 after they had agreed to 12 to try and force send again. This had a large impact on the game as nobody wanted to send with him.

Regarding flame, I don't think that it was excessive and there were insults coming out from the other players too.
