I watched the replay and the action log. The was no juggle. He did not prevent the king from attacking. The King focused the Blood orc. Teal changed that the focus to the other blood orc. I guess he thought the last hit would kill it (which it dosent). After that he changed target again to kill the blood orc. Changing the kings focus to kill stronger units is not juggling.

I agree with Max's assessment, it was a very minor juggle that delayed about a second and was not repeated. Doesn't look to me to be intentional, he targeted the other blood orc when the other one was very low and then immediately targeted the other back after he realised it was still alive.
