Any further thoughts: Various vote kicks were being initiated but there was always someone who did not want to kick LB and therefore players who did not want to kick the game ruiner need to receive a ban to understand the impact of an early game ruin like this.

Can you do something about the people who did not votekick the game ruiner even though it was clear from the beginning that the courriers were being fed massively?

4 votekick attempts made from min 4 until min 9. No player failed to vote on any of them except for kansin, who left during the second attempt. Krome voted on two of them and will not be banned. Dodging and MoonHero each only voted on one of the 4 attempts and are issued warnings for failure to votekick game ruiner.
