Game Name: [ENT] Legion TD Mega 1200+ #88
Your Warcraft III Username: 257er
Violator's Warcraft III Username: JaySmith
Violated Rule(s):
Time of Violation (in-game or replay): 31:39
Any further thoughts:
The enemies were pretty strong on 15 and still had 4 heals still JaySmith tried to force send on 15 without no reason cause we would have been better on 16 or even on a 17 race, cause 15 would clearly fail. He would not listen and still to none time the team decided to send 15, like u can see in the chat protocoll. However he just forced to send 15 by sending locks etc. so that the rest was forced to send.
Team decisions (in short):
I even warned him not to force the send when we dont have a team decision multiple times but he ignored it all and still forced it!
I want a second opinion on this case @Jabba41 According to @AmnoN his behaviour was totally legit like u can read in the original post (viewtopic.php?p=431093#p431093). For me this is totally unexceptable because the rules clearly are different. To argue that chopper (who also didnt want to send) was forced to send by JaySmith solo send (on a 3-1 against a send and later still an 2-2 against a send) cant retroactively legitimate his decision. At the time of Level 15 we had no clear decision, so instead of accepting this outcome and the other decisions of his teammembers he just decided to force the send by starting solo sending. If this is really an acceptable way on how to play on your Servers then i am really ashamed. In my opionen a 2-2 vote can't be used to force your team sending against their will this is just egoistic and also made us loose this game.

- Time 28:33 - 29:42:
JaySmith and Transe want to send, he also says "we voted as a team" which was clearly not the case since i didnt wanted to send and chopper was not clear about it since he wrote "i m lostwhat is the plan ?"
- Time 29:51 - 30:51:
We actually voted and me, Transen and chopper decided to not send and risk it. So team decisions were 3:1 to not send! - Time 31:00 - 31:39
He didn't aknowledged the team decision and tried to convince the others to still send which is legit in my opinion. But since we couldn't decide as a team(it was 2-2 again) we clearly could not send on 15. JaySmith & Transe wanted to send me and chopper didnt't wanted to. Since we didn't had a decision he should had not forced the send. But that's exactly what he did and he even insisted that the team voted for it which is clearly not the case like u can read in the following chat protocoll.
Spoiler!
