Antistucking unit in the middle to get more feed is not bannable. You didn't like the fact blue is doing it and antistucked his ygg so it doesn't go mid. This provoked him to abuse you the rest of the game (except lvl 12 where it mattered). At first you were even both abusing AS on each other.

Take this as a lesson - when you see somebody abusing a specific player all of a sudden, you have to check whether it was provoked somehow. If OP actually broke the rules as the first one - like in this case, it is not bannable.
