Any further thoughts: I am not sure how they expect to see him actually destroy items when he does it at the base in fog. This is a lame excuse to try and not get banned for refusing to kick someone that is ruining the game intentionally.

There was insufficient evidence he was throwing, and earlier in the game when he was 2-1 starhrz asked allies if they could kick him then.
Strudelteig, ~C~, and Butterfly3ffect all failed to vote on the first vk attempt on player bragg. Although they voted on the second one, this was much later, and the game was decided with 2 rax down. In my opinion they should have voted on the first.
Strudelteig, ~C~, and Butterfly3ffect are all banned 2 days for failure to votekick a game ruiner.
stAhrz will be issued a warning for votekick abuse.
