Time of incidents (Note in-game timer or replay timer): 17:20 I think, is when void started only replying 'fu' to any sort of action anyone on the team requested. 32:40 was when I called the votekick.
Any further thoughts: If I recall correctly, no one on sent but blue voted to kick when I called the first votekick, even after I told them that it was bannable to not kick a game ruining player. Trax also called a votekick very early on, but I have no idea why and might have just been trying to abuse the votekick system.

sultan@europe banned for refusal helping team(game ruining) 5 days.
He didnt come to help for teamfights/pushing, although many request to help.

I dont penalize here baddluxk, backhandloop and geturfreakon for not voting, because they cant see what void do during fights.
