Do not juggle the king preventing him from attacking or killing units.

Do not change the king's target to delay killing, except to efficiently kill multiple targets or kill higher priority targets such as sent units or low hp units. Range stomping and backward waving is allowed.

Time of Violation (in-game or replay): +-24:20 - refusal to send/afking, 27m - king juggle/tk.

So he was asked to leave the king controll... instead he was just randomly attack creep waves, then hitted some balista once, commander once, then creeps again, etc.

So far he has broken every rule listen below...we were just GODDAMN lucky we had 4 heals left.


Also he was afking during r12 sending, so he was able to send like 2-3 balista and then sent panda and other crap...was ignoring the sent, chat and pinging, just until we had to pause the game.
