Any further thoughts: I played a few games with him yesterday. When looking back through his games, I noticed that his flag changed between spain, russia, and UK a few times. Maybe other countries as well, I didn't look at every game. Could be a VPN user

The flags on the game history page aren't fully accurate. We've checked and he's not a VPN user.
